Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable team (from the owner, Alan to the office staff and crew). They have done my yard maintenance for a year and a half - always looks great. I have had them re-fertilize my yard, add more beauty bark, etc. The other thing that I appreciate is that they stand behind their work, which unfortunately is not always the case these days. Also, the superintendent - Javier is awesome - takes so much pride in his work and takes the time to explain things to you. He is also honest about what will or will not work, which I appreciate it. 5 out of 5 starsMy 5-star rating starts with Customer Service. Alan, Delmi, and Ana were absolutely fabulous to work with . . . quick, responsive, professional, and courteous. I am completely impressed with then. On the installation side, the sprinkler system was installed in just 2 days. A team returned twice to make the adjustments I needed. Now, the system is sprinkling what I need and where I need it. It's so great to have my lawn well watered by a reliable system. Macmor has been coming to service a property I manage for a few years now, and they do an amazing job! They can address any project, no size is too small or too big. They pay attention to detail, very communicative, ALWAYS make sure you are satisfied with their work, honest, and hard working. I've been meaning to write a review lately, but today they really went above and beyond, and deserve the biggest shout-out of appreciation I can give!
